Pearl Rice Porridge
[Ingredients] Fresh pearl rice 250 grams, appropriate amount of sugar.
[Preparation]
1. Wash the pearl rice, crush it (using a blender) into pulp;
2. Pour the pearl rice pulp into boiling water, continuously stir, add appropriate sugar, and cook until done.
[Usage] Eat as desired.
[Efficacy] Strengthens spleen and stomach, nourishes yin and moistens dryness.
[Indications] Various cancers and their postoperative conditions, during and after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, especially in cases of spleen-kidney deficiency, presenting with weakness, loss of appetite, irritability, fatigue, thirst, and dry throat.
[Notes] This product mainly nourishes gastric yin. It contains protein, fat, niacin, lysine, glutathione, calcium, phosphorus, iron, starch, etc., with effects of lowering blood lipids, reducing blood glucose, and preventing and fighting cancer. Sugar has detoxifying, diuretic, moisturizing, and harmonizing properties. When combined into a porridge, it is easily digested and absorbed, beneficial for strengthening the spleen and moistening the stomach, generating body fluids, particularly effective for patients with weak spleen function due to cancer.
