Green Onion Ginger Fermented Bean Curd Drink
[Ingredients] Green onion with roots 30 grams, light fermented soybean 10 grams, ginger 3 slices, yellow wine 30 grams.
[Preparation] Add fermented soybeans and ginger to 500 grams of water, cover and boil, then add green onion, cover tightly, simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, finally add yellow wine and bring to a boil.
[Usage] Drink hot, cover with blanket afterward to induce slight perspiration.
[Action] Exterior-releasing and harmonizing the center. Indicated for initial stage wind-cold common cold with headache, sneezing, chills, and absence of sweating.
