Loquat Leaf Porridge
[Ingredients] Loquat leaf 15 grams, Rice 100 grams, Rock sugar to taste.
[Preparation] Wrap loquat leaf in gauze and place in a clay pot, add 200 grams of water, boil down to 100 grams, remove residue, add rice and rock sugar, then add 600 grams of water, and cook into a thin porridge.
[Usage] Consume warm twice daily, morning and evening.
[Function] Clear lung heat, resolve phlegm, stop coughing, and descend rebellious Qi. Suitable for acute tracheitis, lobar pneumonia, hemoptysis, gastric heat-induced vomiting, and hiccups.
[Comment] Not recommended for cough or vomiting caused by exposure to cold.
