Onion White and Fermented Soybean Wine Decoction

🔑 Keywords: Pharmacological Food
[Ingredients] Fermented soybean 15 grams, Onion roots 20 grams, Yellow wine 50 grams.
[Preparation] Boil fermented soybeans with one small bowl of water for 10 minutes, then add washed onion roots and continue boiling for 5 more minutes. Finally add yellow wine and remove from heat to obtain the decoction.
[Usage] Take twice daily, consume hot in one dose.
[Function] Relieve exterior symptoms and harmonize the middle energizer. Suitable for wind-cold common cold.
[Comment] Onion roots promote surface dispersion and induce sweating to dispel exterior cold; fermented soybeans have pungent-sweet properties to relieve exterior conditions and expel pathogenic factors. Combined with yellow wine as a guide, covering oneself to induce slight sweat helps dissipate exterior cold.
