Lo Han Guo Roasted Rabbit Meat
[Ingredients] 1 Lo Han Guo, 300g rabbit meat, 100g lettuce, 10g cooking wine, 10g ginger, 10g green onion, 10g soy sauce, 4g salt, 3g monosodium glutamate, 300g fresh broth, 50g vegetable oil.
[Preparation]
1. Wash the Lo Han Guo, crack it open; wash the rabbit meat, cut into 3 cm cubes; peel and cut the lettuce into 3 cm cubes; slice ginger, chop green onion.
2. Heat a wok over fire, add vegetable oil, heat to 60% temperature, then stir-fry ginger and green onion until fragrant, followed by adding rabbit meat, Lo Han Guo, lettuce, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and fresh broth, cook until done.
