Duck Porridge
[Ingredients] One male green-headed duck, 50g rice,适量 green onion white.
[Preparation] Remove feathers and internal organs from the duck, chop finely, and stew until extremely soft; then add rice and green onion white to make porridge; alternatively, use duck broth to cook porridge, without salt, add a few drops of cooking wine to remove fishy smell.
[Usage] Twice daily, consume warm on an empty stomach. One course lasts 7 days.
[Effects] Tonifies spleen and stomach, promotes diuresis and reduces edema, nourishes yin and blood. Suitable for all types of edema patients.
[Comment] Not suitable for those with yin deficiency and weak spleen who suffer from diarrhea.
