Honey-Processed Hawthorn

[Ingredients] 500g fresh hawthorn, 250g honey.
[Preparation] Wash fresh hawthorn, remove stems and seeds, place in aluminum pot, add sufficient water, simmer until about 70% cooked and most of the water evaporated, then add honey, continue cooking over low heat until fully cooked and reduce to syrup. Cool down, store in bottles or jars for later use.
[Usage] 20g each time, dissolve in warm water, take three times daily.
