Areca Nut Glutinous Rice Porridge

[Ingredients] 15g areca nut, 20g prune seed, 15g hemp seed, 100g glutinous rice.
[Preparation] First grind hemp seed with water, filter out juice, add glutinous rice and cook until nearly done; crush areca nut, soak prune seed in hot water to remove skin, grind into paste, mix evenly with areca nut, then add to rice porridge and cook briefly.
[Usage] Consume on an empty stomach in the morning and evening.
