Carp Porridge
[Ingredients] 1 carp (about 500 grams), 20 grams root of Boehmeria nivea, 50 grams glutinous rice, appropriate amounts of green onion, ginger, oil, and salt.
[Preparation] Remove scales, gills, and internal organs from carp, wash, slice, and simmer into soup. Boil 20 grams of Boehmeria root with 200 ml water until reduced to 100 ml, filter out residue, take juice, add to carp soup, then add glutinous rice, green onion, ginger, oil, and salt, and cook into a thin porridge.
[Usage] Consume warm twice daily (morning and evening) for 5 consecutive days.
[Function] Stabilize fetus, stop bleeding, reduce swelling. Suitable for fetal restlessness, vaginal bleeding during pregnancy, and pregnancy-induced edema.
