Ham-Braised Pigeon Eggs
[Ingredients] 10 pigeon eggs, 50 grams ham, 60 milliliters chicken broth, appropriate amounts of peanut oil, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, coriander, green onion threads, fresh ginger paste, water starch.
[Preparation] Boil pigeon eggs, peel, marinate briefly with a little soy sauce, then fry in hot oil until golden brown, remove. Cut ham into strips, blanch slightly, remove.
