Squid and Chicken Drink
[Ingredients] 1 hen, 1 dried squid (with bone), 150g brown rice, a small amount of salt.
[Preparation] After slaughtering and cleaning the hen, place it with internal organs and the bone-in dried squid into a clay pot, add water, stew until tender. Strain and reserve the concentrated broth. Remove chicken and squid for serving as side dishes. Use the concentrated broth to cook brown rice into a drink, add salt for flavor. Serve chicken and squid with the rice drink.
[Usage] Can be consumed twice daily.
[Effect] Tonifies kidney essence, consolidates Chong and Ren meridians.
[Indication] Suitable for fetal leakage and fetal instability due to kidney deficiency.
