Cardamom and Alpinia Cassia-Braised Wenchow Chicken
[Ingredients] 1 female Wenchow chicken (about 500g), 5g cardamom, 5g alpinia.
[Preparation] Wash the chicken, place cardamom and alpinia inside, sew the incision shut with bamboo skewers, add water and boil until cooked. Season and serve.
