American Ginseng and Jujube Porridge
[Ingredients] 3 grams American ginseng, 10 jujubes, 100 grams millet.
[Preparation] First wash the American ginseng, soak it in clean water overnight, then chop finely. Wash the jujubes. Place the chopped American ginseng, jujubes, millet, and the soaking water of American ginseng into a clay pot, add some more water, and simmer gently for 60 minutes.
[Usage] Once daily, consume in the morning.
