Bu Zhong Yi Qi Cake
[Ingredients] 10 eggs, 20 grams Codonopsis root, 20 grams Astragalus root, 20 grams red dates, 6 grams processed licorice, 9 grams Angelica root, 9 grams Atractylodes macrocephala, 5 grams Cimicifuga root, 5 grams Bupleurum root, 9 grams Tangerine peel, 15 grams ginger, 600 grams granulated sugar, 2 grams baking soda.
[Preparation] Clean and process Codonopsis root, Astragalus root, Angelica root, Cimicifuga root, Bupleurum root, Tangerine peel, ginger, processed licorice, and Atractylodes macrocephala; remove impurities, dry, and grind into fine powder. Beat eggs in a bowl using an egg beater until frothy. Add granulated sugar and continue beating until fully dissolved. Mix in flour, herbal powder, and baking soda, continuing to beat until well combined. Line a steamer tray with thin paper, pour the egg mixture evenly, flatten, steam for about ten minutes, remove, flip onto a cutting board, slice into 20 rectangular blocks.
[Usage] Consume as a side dish.
[Function] Tonify the middle energizer and boost qi; suitable for menstrual periods occurring earlier due to qi deficiency.
[Note] This formula is also effective for uterine prolapse, fatigue, chronic diarrhea with rectal prolapse in women.
