Crispy Fried Rose Petals
[Ingredients] 100 grams fresh rose petals, 400 grams flour, 3 eggs, 200 ml milk, 100 grams sugar, a pinch of salt, 50 grams salad oil, appropriate yeast.
[Method] Mix egg whites and yolks with sugar and milk until blended, then gradually add flour, oil, salt, and yeast, mix lightly into batter. Beat egg whites until foamy, then fold into batter. Marinate petals with sugar for half an hour, then mix into batter. Scoop batter into hot oil (medium temperature) and deep-fry until golden crisp.
