[Ingredients] 10 grams Ligusticum wallichii, 15 grams Eupolyphaga sinensis, 15 grams Corydalis yanhusuo, 500 grams duck meat.
[Method] Wash duck meat, rub lightly with salt to let flavor penetrate.
