Lotus Seed Milk Paste
[Ingredients] 60 grams stone lotus seeds, 200 ml milk, sugar as needed.
[Preparation]
1. Remove hard shells from stone lotus seeds, grind into powder, mix with a small amount of water to form a paste;
2. Boil milk, add sugar, when boiling, slowly pour in the lotus seed paste while stirring continuously.
[Usage] Stir constantly while cooking until done, consume as needed.
