Pig Intestine Soup
[Ingredients] 250 grams pig large intestine, 15 grams black fungus, 120 grams rehydrated sea cucumber.
[Preparation] Soak black fungus until soft, wash clean. Wash rehydrated sea cucumber, slice into strips. Clean pig intestine with one tablespoon coarse salt, briefly blanch in boiling water, rinse with cold water, then cut into sections. Place all ingredients in a pot, add sufficient water, bring to boil over high heat, then simmer gently for 1–2 hours. Season to taste. Drink soup and eat meat as desired.
