Apocynum Leaf Tea
[Ingredients] 6 grams apocynum leaf, 15 grams hawthorn, 5 grams schisandra fruit, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
[Preparation] Place the three herbs and 2–3 pieces of rock sugar into a cup, pour hot boiled water, steep as tea. Replace when flavor fades.
