[Note] This formula is sweet and cool, mild in nature, safe for long-term use without side effects. In traditional Chinese medicine, ligustrum is considered an excellent yin-nourishing herb suitable for both medicine and food. Ligustrum has anti-atherosclerotic effects, reducing lipid plaque formation in experimental aortas, especially coronary arteries. Its linoleic acid content also contributes to preventing atherosclerosis. Honey expands blood vessels and prevents progression of atherosclerosis. Clinical observation confirms this dietary therapy significantly improves subjective symptoms such as dizziness and reduced vision in elderly atherosclerosis patients.
