Lotus Flower Polygonum Multiflorum Liver Slice
[Ingredients] Lotus flower 2 pieces, Polygonum multiflorum powder 20 grams, pork liver 200 grams, bean flour 20 grams, baby bok choy 20 grams, salt 3 grams, monosodium glutamate 2 grams, green onion 5 grams, ginger 3 grams, garlic 3 grams
[Preparation]
1. Wash lotus flower and cut into 3 cm squares; slice ginger, chop green onion, and slice garlic; set aside baby bok choy.
2. Heat wok over high flame, add vegetable oil and heat to six-tenths hot, then stir-fry pork liver (coated with polygonum multiflorum powder and bean flour) until cooked, followed by adding green onion, ginger, garlic, and lotus flower, season and cook until done.
