Mix in Notoginseng powder and stir well.
[Usage] Serve as a meal accompaniment, eat as a dish, once daily or every other day, continue for over half a month.
[Efficacy] Tonify heart qi, improve myocardial ischemia.
[Indications] Coronary heart disease angina with qi deficiency and blood stasis, presenting with chest pain at fixed location, palpitations, shortness of breath, thin white coating on tongue, purple tongue, fine pulse.
[Note] Codonopsis can substitute for ginseng to tonify heart qi, similarly improving myocardial oxygen supply. Notoginseng (also known as Sanqi) has long been used as a tonic in folk practice. Chicken is a traditional dietary supplement; combined with Codonopsis and Notoginseng, it enhances the effect of tonifying heart qi and activating blood circulation, offering excellent dietary therapy for ischemic coronary heart disease.
