Ligustrum Fruit Wine
[Ingredients] 200 grams of ligustrum fruit, 500 ml of low-alcohol baijiu.
[Method] Harvest in winter when fruits are ripe. Wash ligustrum fruit, steam, dry in sunlight, then place in low-alcohol baijiu. Seal tightly, shake once daily. Begin consumption after one week.
[Usage] Take 1–2 times daily, 1 small cup each time.
[Effect] Tonifies liver and kidneys, anti-aging and spot removal.
[Indication] Senile lipofuscin spots.
[Note] Ligustrum fruit comes from the mature fruit of Ligustrum lucidum, a perennial shrub or tree in the Oleaceae family. When formulated into a low-alcohol oral wine, ligustrum fruit enhances blood circulation, removes spots, nourishes the skin, and strengthens the body against aging.
