[Effect] Nourishes kidney yin, prevents osteoporosis.
[Indication] Osteoporosis due to kidney yin deficiency in the elderly.
[Note] Black sesame nourishes liver and kidneys, considered a longevity-promoting food. Modern experimental research confirms that sesame contains abundant calcium, phosphorus, iron, and vitamins A, D, and E—providing excellent anti-osteoporosis effects. Walnut kernels tonify the kidneys and strengthen the waist. From a nutritional standpoint, walnuts contain calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, and various vitamins that increase bone density, delay bone aging, and combat osteoporosis. This dietary remedy is aromatic, palatable, easily digestible, and suitable for regular consumption by the elderly.
