Chili Stewed Snake Meat
[Ingredients] Sharp-pointed chili 20 g, black snake meat 250 g.
[Preparation] Slaughter and clean the black snake, cut into pieces, then combine with cleaned and chopped chili in a pot. Add scallion segments, ginger slices, cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, and sufficient water. Boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and stew until the snake meat is about 80% cooked. Add refined salt and continue stewing until the meat is tender and fully cooked.
