Two Immortals Braised Lamb
[Ingredients] 15g Curculigo rhizome, 15g Epimedium leaf, 250g lamb.
[Method] Wash lamb, cut into slices. Slice Curculigo rhizome and Epimedium leaf, place in a gauze bag, tie tightly, and put together with lamb slices in a clay pot with sufficient water. Boil over high heat, then add ginger slices, scallion segments, cooking wine, salt, and other seasonings. Reduce heat and stew until lamb is tender. Remove the herbal bag, add a little MSG and five-spice powder.
[Usage] Serve as a dish with meals, consume as desired.
[Efficacy] Warmly tonify kidney yang.
