Honey Therapy Against Cold

🔑 Keywords: Health Food Recipes · After autumn arrives, although midday remains hot, cool breezes begin to appear in the mornings and evenings. Due to large temperature fluctuations, it's easy to catch colds if one isn't careful.<br>The so-called "common cold" or "wind injury" refers to infection of the nose, pharynx, and larynx (upper respiratory tract infection), the most common respiratory infectious disease. It is divided into viral and bacterial types based on causative pathogens. Viral infections account for over 90% of upper respiratory tract infections, typically spreading via virus-laden droplets or contaminated utensils; bacterial infections may occur directly or follow viral infections, with hemolytic streptococcus being the most common. Clinical features include fever, chills, headache, nasal congestion, runny nose, cough, sore throat, hoarseness, etc. Treatment aims to quickly alleviate symptoms, shorten illness duration, and prevent complications.
