The Riper the Banana, the Better Its Disease-Preventing Effect
Scientific research has found that bananas possess certain anticancer properties, and the ripeness of the banana correlates directly with its anticancer potency. Scientists compared the immunological activity of various fruits—including bananas, grapes, apples, watermelons, pineapples, pears, and persimmons—through animal experiments. Results confirmed that bananas had the best effect, increasing white blood cells and improving immune system function, while also producing substances like "TNF" that attack abnormal cells. Additionally, it was discovered that the immunological activity of bananas increases with ripeness.
