Dietary Remedies for Dark Circles
Red Ginseng Pig Blood Bean Sprout Soup Ingredients: American ginseng 15 grams, fresh pig blood 250 grams, mung bean sprouts (roots and beans removed) 250 grams, lean pork 200 grams, two slices of ginger, a little salt.
Preparation: Wash all ingredients thoroughly. Slice American ginseng and cut lean pork into thin pieces. Peel and slice ginger. Place sufficient water in a clay pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then add all ingredients and simmer gently for about one hour. Add salt to taste.
