Black Hair: The Eternal Fashion (Pharmacological Diet)

🔑 Keywords: Pharmacological Diet
The mighty Yangtze River flows eastward endlessly, yet waves cannot wash away such beautiful women. Even though blonde and red hair have long competed for attention as fashion trends, lush, black, lustrous hair remains timeless—graceful and charming, I find it irresistible…
Black is forever fashionable; black hair is forever stylish…
He Shou Wu and Sesame Hair Growth Soup
Processed Polygonum multiflorum 15g, Cuscuta chinensis 15g, 5 jujubes (pitted), 2 teaspoons black sesame powder, 1 teaspoon black bean powder. Add 500–1000ml water and boil into a soup. After boiling, add a little honey. Take once in the morning and once in the evening. One course lasts 12 days; complete three courses. Effective for male hair loss due to stress. For women, it helps preserve and regrow hair during menopause and makes hair black and shiny.
He Shou Wu and Astragalus Egg Stew
Processed Polygonum multiflorum 60g, Astragalus membranaceus and Poria cocos each 20–30g, 2 eggs, a small amount of Rehmannia glutinosa. Add 500ml water and boil together. After eggs are cooked, remove shells and re-cook for about 5 minutes. Eat the eggs and drink the soup, once in the morning and once in the evening. Nourishes liver and kidneys, suitable for premature graying and excessive hair loss due to qi and blood deficiency, especially effective for those who “cannot tolerate tonics.”
