Love Vegetable: Foods for Nourishing Yin and Strengthening Yang

"Love Vegetable" refers to foods formed by specific ingredient combinations that possess special effects, particularly in nourishing Yin, strengthening Yang, and enhancing sexual function. These are commonly known as "love vegetables."
1. Cardamom Milk Juice
