Nourishing and Moistening Throat Medicinal Porridge
Fresh Lotus Root Mung Bean Porridge
Ingredients: Fresh lotus root 50g, mung beans 30g, glutinous rice 30g, appropriate amount of sugar.
Method: Boil mung beans until boiling, add glutinous rice and cook until half-done, then add fresh lotus root slices and cook until porridge is ready. Add sugar and consume.

Snow Pear White Lotus Porridge
Ingredients: 3 snow pears, 10g white lotus seeds, 50g glutinous rice.
Method: Peel and core the pears, slice thinly. Boil pears in adequate water, then add white lotus seeds and cook until soft. Prepare glutinous rice porridge separately. When the porridge is nearly done, mix in the pear-lotus mixture, add sugar to taste, and serve warm.

Two Wintergreen Porridge
Ingredients: 25g Heavenly Gate Wintergreen, 25g Ophiopogon Wintergreen, 50g glutinous rice, one spoon of honey.
Method: Crush Heavenly Gate Wintergreen and Ophiopogon Wintergreen, boil to extract juice, filter out residue, then use the juice to cook rice into porridge. Add honey and consume.

Lily Raw Rehmannia Porridge
Ingredients: 50g lily, 20g raw rehmannia, 50g glutinous rice, appropriate amount of sugar. Lily can also be replaced with 25g commercial lily powder.
Method: Chop raw rehmannia, boil with water to extract juice, remove residue, then use the juice to cook lily and glutinous rice into porridge. Add sugar and consume.
