How to Drink Alcohol Without Harming the Kidneys

🔑 Keywords: Pharmacological Diet
For those who enjoy drinking alcohol, the following medicinal wines are recommended—satisfying personal preferences while supporting treatment:
(1) Seahorse Wine
30 grams of seahorse, crushed, soaked in about 500 grams of white wine for 7 days. After finishing, add more wine for continued soaking. Take 15 grams per serving, twice daily.
(2) Zhaoyuan Wine
80 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa, 40 grams of Cornus officinalis, 40 grams of Dioscorea opposita, 80 grams of Lycium barbarum, 40 grams of Cuscuta chinensis, 40 grams of Ligustrum lucidum, 80 grams of Cistanche deserticola, 40 grams of Eucommia ulmoides (salt-fried), 10 grams of dog testicle,
20 grams of white peony root, 10.5 kilograms of 30-degree white wine, 700 grams of sucrose. Mix all ten ingredients into coarse powder, dissolve sucrose in white wine, soak for 7 days, filter afterward.
Take 1–2 times daily, 30–50 grams per serving.
(3) Deer Antler Wine
15 grams of deer antler, 60 grams of Dioscorea opposita, 1000 grams of white wine. Combine all three ingredients in a sealed container and soak for 7 days. Drink 2–3 times daily, about half a liang (approx. 25 grams) per serving.
It should be noted that although these medicinal wines can strengthen the waist and kidneys, treat lower abdominal coldness, premature ejaculation, nocturnal emission, enuresis, and frequent urination, they are contraindicated for individuals with loose stools or external infections with fever.
