Pig Pancreas and Dried Clams Soup
Formula: One pig pancreas, 100 grams dried clams, 5 grams salt.
Preparation: Soak dried clams in clean water for 20 minutes, wash thoroughly, place in pot, add water, simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add washed and sliced pig pancreas, gently stew over low heat until cooked. Add salt and serve.
