Jujube and Dried Ginger for Elderly Frequent Urination

Take 30 jujubes and 3 slices of dried ginger. Add appropriate water and simmer gently until jujubes are soft, then add rock sugar. Consume before bedtime each night. After lying down, adopt a supine position with legs extended, close eyes, and breathe deeply for 5 minutes. Rub hands until warm, then use index and middle fingers of right hand to press Guanyuan point (located about 3–4 cun below the navel), left hand pressing Zhongji point (also located 3–4 cun below the navel), massage clockwise and counterclockwise for 100 times each.
