Milk with Honey Improves Childhood Anemia
Recently, American pediatricians discovered through research that simply consuming milk mixed with honey can significantly improve childhood anemia.
Experts reported that giving 100 children aged 5–9 years milk with added honey (100–150g daily) for 20 consecutive days resulted in increased red blood cells and hemoglobin levels. Symptoms like dizziness and fatigue markedly diminished, and facial color gradually returned.
Experts also recommend that anemic children choose darker-colored honey, as deeper color indicates higher mineral content and better efficacy.
