TCM Prescription (I)
【Diagnosis】Liver qi stagnation, yin deficiency with fire excess.
【Treatment Principle】Nourish yin, resolve depression, soften hardness, disperse nodules.
【Formula Name】Yuyin Decoction with Modifications.
【Composition】15 grams each of Adenophora root, Asparagus root, Ophiopogon tuber, Rehmannia root, Trichosanthes root, Laminaria, Sargassum, 10 grams of gallnut, 10 grams of large shell (Bai Bei).
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

【Diagnosis】Qi stagnation without smooth flow.
【Treatment Principle】Softening nodules, dispersing accumulations, soothing liver, resolving depression, nourishing blood and harmonizing blood.
【Formula Name】Pingfu Decoction with Additions.
【Composition】20 grams of raw oyster shell, 25 grams each of Laminaria, Sargassum, Prunella herb, 15 grams of Angelica root, 20 grams of White Peony root, 15 grams of Bupleurum root, 15 grams of Cyperus rhizome, 15 grams of Curcuma.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

【Diagnosis】Phlegm accumulation in neck, internal phlegm-fire disturbance.
【Treatment Principle】Clear heat, resolve phlegm.
【Formula Name】Erchen Decoction with Additions.
【Composition】15 grams of processed Pinellia tuber, 12 grams of Poria, 10 grams of Citrus peel, 12 grams of Gentiana root, 15 grams each of Laminaria, Sargassum, 3 grams of White Mustard seed, 6 grams of licorice root.
【Usage】Decoct and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

【Formula Name】Danggui Liuhuang Tang combined with Xiao Luo Wan with modifications.
【Composition】9 grams of Angelica root, 15 grams of Rehmannia root, 12 grams of Scrophularia root, 6 grams of Coptis root, 9 grams of Scutellaria root, 6 grams of Phellodendron bark, 15 grams of Astragalus root, 9 grams of Zhejiang Fritillary bulb, 30 grams of raw oyster shell, 15 grams of sour jujube seed, 30 grams of floating wheat.
