Green Onion Ginger Salt Wine (for Common Cold)
[Formula] 30 g fresh green onion bulbs, 30 g fresh ginger, 5 g edible salt, 1 gourd (about 30–50 ml) of white wine.
[Method] Crush all ingredients into paste, mix with wine, wrap in gauze, keep ready.
[Function] Pungent-warm to resolve exterior patterns.
[Indications] Common cold, especially effective for wind-cold type.
[Usage] External application. Apply the poultice to chest, back, palms, soles, armpits, and elbow creases until local skin reddens. Usually applied for about 20 minutes, then have patient rest quietly. Once daily.
