Ginger Garlic Lemon Wine (for Wind-Cold Common Cold)
[Formula] 100 g fresh ginger, 400 g garlic, 3–4 lemons, 70 g honey, 800 ml white wine.
[Method] Steam garlic for 5 minutes, slice thinly; peel and slice lemon; slice ginger; mix with honey in container, add white wine, seal, soak for 3 months, filter out residue, ready to drink.
[Function] Expelling wind and dispersing cold.
[Indications] Wind-cold common cold.
[Usage] Oral. Take 30 ml daily, divided into 2 doses. Do not exceed recommended intake.
