Yinpu Qiangbang Wine (Exterior Fever)

[Formula] Honeysuckle 30 grams, dandelion 30 grams, nodding begonia 9 grams, great burdock seed 9 grams, mint 6 grams, honeysuckle 9 grams, chrysanthemum 9 grams, yellow wine 300 milliliters.
[Preparation] Add 300 milliliters of water to the herbs, boil until halved, then add yellow wine, bring to boil, filter out residue, and keep for use.
[Function] Expelling wind, resolving exterior symptoms, clearing heat, detoxifying.
[Indication] Exterior fever. Suitable for wind-heat common cold, influenza, upper respiratory tract infection, acute tonsillitis, mumps, etc.
[Usage] Oral administration. One dose daily, three times daily, take cold.
[Note] My personal experience formula. Clinically adaptable based on symptoms: e.g., add 30 grams of isatis root and 9 grams of scrophularia for acute tonsillitis or pharyngitis; add 9 grams each of bitter apricot seed, platycodon, and peucedanum for cough; add 9 grams each of magnolia bark, pinellia, and tangerine peel for chest tightness, poor appetite, greasy tongue coating.
