Thousand Gold Stopping Dysentery Wine
[Drug Composition] 6 liang coptis, 3 liang gelatin, 3 liang sedge, 3 liang angelica, 3 liang dry ginger
[Function and Indications] Diarrhea with abdominal pain, uncontrollable bowel movements.
[Dosage and Administration] Warm and drink, divide into three doses.
[Preparation Method] Boil the five herbs with seven sheng wine until reduced to three sheng, filter out residue.

Stopping Dysentery Wine
[Drug Composition] 1 jin dried yulania, 1 liang processed aconite (roasted)
[Function and Indications] Chronic dysentery (resting dysentery).
[Dosage and Administration] Drink, one sheng each time.
[Preparation Method] Soak the two herbs in one dou wine for five nights.

Reviving Yang Emergency Wine — Also known as "Cold-Holiness Cholera Wine" or "Three Treasures Reviving Yang Wine"
[Drug Composition] 30g cloves, 30g cinnamon, 30g camphor
[Function and Indications] Warms yang, dispels cold, rescues emergency, relieves pain. Used for cold abdominal pain, diarrhea, dysmenorrhea due to yang deficiency and cold stagnation. Also applicable for acute enteritis, food poisoning, and cholera with vomiting and diarrhea.
[Dosage and Administration] 10–20 drops each time, drop onto the tongue, hold then swallow. Or dilute with warm water. For patients with muscle cramps due to vomiting and diarrhea, apply externally to affected areas.
[Preparation Method] Crush the three herbs, place in a thin cloth bag, soak in 500ml white wine (preferably Sanhua wine from Nanchang Brewery). Use a ceramic jar as container, seal for one month, then transfer to glass bottle for storage.
[Caution] Severe vomiting and diarrhea often occur in intestinal infectious diseases, some being highly contagious and life-threatening. High vigilance is required, prompt diagnosis and treatment, prevention of spread, and sometimes comprehensive measures for rescue. Never underestimate or delay treatment.

Ginger Aconite Wine
[Drug Composition] 60g dry ginger, 40g processed aconite root
[Function and Indications] Cold pain in heart and abdomen, hiccups, vomiting, diarrhea, stubborn dysentery, cold phlegm cough with clear, thin sputum, cold extremities, sweating.
[Dosage and Administration] Three times daily, warm and drink one or two cups each time.
[Preparation Method] Coarsely grind both herbs, place in a clean bottle, soak in 0.5L yellow wine, seal, after seven days open and extract.
[Caution] Not suitable for yin deficiency with internal heat, fiery abdominal pain, or pregnant women.

Pork Pancreas and Artemisia Wine — Formerly called “Pork Pancreas Wine”
[Drug Composition] One pork pancreas, fresh artemisia leaves, 1 *xiao liang* cinnamon powder
[Function and Indications] Treats chronic cold dysentery unresponsive to treatment. This condition stems from spleen deficiency, exposure to cold, resulting in oral ulcers, loss of appetite, food returning undigested, rumbling in lower abdomen, persistent mental distress, dry skin, knee and leg pain, emaciation, gradually developing into "ghost illness." Also effective for female blood stasis, emotional distress, fatigue, men's accumulation and masses, bilateral rib distension, transformation into edema.
[Dosage and Administration] Warm and drink one small cup each morning, again at noon and night—very effective.
[Preparation Method] Cut pork pancreas finely, mix with fresh artemisia leaves, add one sheng ash-free wine, gently heat over low fire until the pancreas dissolves. Then add 1 *xiao liang* cinnamon powder into the wine.
[Caution] Avoid hot noodles, oily foods.

Coptis Wine
[Drug Composition] 1 sheng coptis
[Function and Indications] Treats dysentery with bloody and white stools, causing heavy sensation in the lower body, known as "heavy dysentery." Characterized by pus and blood resembling egg white, dozens of episodes daily, cramping around the navel.
[Dosage and Administration] Divide into two doses. When cramping occurs below the navel, symptom relief occurs; continue taking.
[Preparation Method] Boil 1 sheng coptis with 5 sheng wine until reduced to 1.5 sheng.

[Function and Indications] Treats chronic dysentery.
[Dosage and Administration] Empty stomach, consume entire dose once daily, three times daily.
[Preparation Method] Use 5 sheng high-quality yeast powder, lightly stir-fry until fragrant, warm clear wine to heat, mix with one sheng yeast powder.
