[Drug Composition] Evodia Fruit three *liang*, Fresh Ginger four *liang*, Fermented Beans two heaping spoons
[Function and Indications] Treat cold hernia with intermittent severe pain.
[Usage and Dosage] Divide into two doses.
[Preparation Method] Combine herbs and four *sheng* of wine, boil down to two *sheng*.

[Usage and Dosage] Drink several cups daily.
[Preparation Method] Place herbs in a silk cloth bag, soak in about two *dou* of ash-free wine.

[Drug Composition] Lantern plant root
[Function and Indications] Treat long-standing unilateral hernia that does not heal.
[Usage and Dosage] After roasting fennel, grind into powder, mix with this wine and take.
[Preparation Method] Soak lantern plant root in wine.

Chinese Magnolia Wine
[Drug Composition] Southern Sandalwood, Small Fennel, Large Fennel, Sichuan Melon Meat, each three *qian*
[Function and Indications] Hernia triggered by fatigue, with deep tight pulse, weak and large pulse indicating deficiency; mild pain, treat unilateral descent.
[Usage and Dosage] Take warm on empty stomach; severe cases cured immediately after one dose.
[Preparation Method] Combine all herbs into one dose, stir-fry in pot until fragrant, add five green onion whites (including roots), pour in one *wan* of water, quickly pour into pot, cover with bowl, simmer until half a *wan* remains, remove residue, add half *wan* of good wine and one tea-spoon of roasted salt.

[Preparation Method] Cut herbs finely, use one *da sheng* of wine, decoct into two *he*.
[Precautions] Avoid ginger.

[Function and Indications] Treat hernia.

[Drug Composition] Pomelo Seed 9g, Lychee Seed 9g, Salt-roasted Toon Seed 9g, Small Fennel 15g, Oyster Shell Powder 15g, Hyacinth Bean 9g, Cinnamon 6g, Green Peel 9g
[Function and Indications] Warm yang, dispel cold, regulate qi, resolve nodules. Suitable for liver-kidney yin cold, unilateral hernia descent, swollen scrotum, irregular swelling, pain radiating to navel and abdomen, triggered by fatigue or cold exposure.
[Usage and Dosage] Adjust dosage according to individual constitution and tolerance, take twice daily.
[Preparation Method] Crush herbs, place in bottle, soak in about 500ml of sorghum wine for three to four months, filter out residue.
