Pork Fat Wine
[Drug Composition] Pork fat
[Function and Indications] Treats obstruction of both defecation and urination.
[Dosage and Administration] Warmly take before meals; if not effective, repeat.
[Preparation Method] Chop pork fat into pieces about half the size of a chicken egg. Add one sheng of wine, gently boil, add pork fat, simmer for one or two boils, divide into two portions.

[Drug Composition] Five he of Ziziphus bark, five he of Mulberry bark (chopped)

[Preparation Method] Chop the two ingredients, boil with five sheng of wine until reduced to three sheng.

Dried Gelatin Wine
[Drug Composition] Dried gelatin (roasted) two liang

[Preparation Method] Grind the herb into powder, mix with two sheng of wine.

Mare's Milk Wine
[Drug Composition] Fresh mare's milk
[Function and Indications] Treats constipation, diarrhea, pulmonary tuberculosis, asthma, pneumonia.
[Dosage and Administration] Drink 250–500 ml of mare’s milk wine daily.
[Preparation Method] Pour freshly squeezed fresh mare’s milk into a shaba (a leather bag made from large livestock hides), stir with a milk rod until fermented to a slightly sour taste with a hint of wine aroma—ready for drinking. If the weather is hot or fermentation is excessive or storage is improper, spoilage may occur.

Note: Mare’s milk wine has existed since ancient times. Li Shizhen of the Ming Dynasty wrote in "Compendium of Materia Medica": “In Han times, horse milk was used to make wine… Tastes sweet, cold, non-toxic.”
Constipation Relief Once
[Drug Composition] 250g dried peach blossoms, 30g white芷 (Angelica dahurica), 1L of 50-degree grain wine
[Function and Indications] Promotes bowel movement, treats dry stool and constipation.
[Dosage and Administration] Take 14–18ml orally each time. Reduce dosage for children.
[Preparation Method] Mix the herbs with wine, seal, and soak for one month, shaking twice every five days.

Carthamus and Eucommia Wine
[Drug Composition] Carthamus 30g, tangerine peel 30g, Citrus aurantium 30g, Chaenomeles fruit 30g, Corydalis tuber 30g, Angelica sinensis 30g, licorice 30g, Luffa fruit 30g, Eucommia ulmoides 50g, Prunella vulgaris 50g, Leonurus artemisia 50g, Lygodium japonicum 50g, Dipsacus asper 50g, Notoginseng 50g, Cyperus rotundus 75g, red adzuki beans 75g, Salvia miltiorrhiza 75g
[Function and Indications] Resolves dampness, clears heat, activates blood circulation, promotes diuresis.
[Dosage and Administration] Take once daily before bedtime, 30ml per dose; one month constitutes a course.
[Preparation Method] Place all herbs in a glass bottle, add 5000ml of white wine (50–60 degrees), soak for seven to fifteen days, filter out residue for later use.
