Psoriasis Wine

Five Toxins Wine
[Drug Composition] Cantharides, Red Lady, Camphor each 6g, Whole Scorpion, Centipede each 6 pieces
[Function and Indication] Neurodermatitis, Dry Psoriasis.
[Usage and Dosage] Protect surrounding healthy skin, apply medicine 2–3 times daily using cotton swab or brush dipped in liquid, applied directly to damaged skin. Local blisters may appear after 24 hours; if no blister forms, continue treatment.
[Preparation Method] Mix five herbs, soak in 60% ethanol or white spirit until fully submerged, store for two weeks, then extract and preserve the infusion.
[Precautions] ① Protect healthy skin during application; wipe immediately if it drips onto healthy skin. ② Avoid scratching to prevent infection; apply purple dye if excessive exudate occurs. ③ For extensive or multiple lesions, treat in stages; do not exceed three sites per session. ④ Not suitable for ulcers, erosion, infection, or exudation. ⑤ Highly toxic; do not ingest internally. ⑥ Store sealed; prolonged storage or low concentration reduces efficacy.

Cantharides Wine
[Drug Composition] Cantharides 2g, 65° White Spirit 100ml
[Function and Indication] Neurodermatitis.
[Usage and Dosage] Lightly apply to affected area, once or twice daily.
[Preparation Method] Soak for seven days, filter and keep clear liquid.

Note: Cantharides wine has excellent pruritus-relieving effect, breaks the vicious cycle of itch-scratch, helps restore normal cerebral cortex function, eliminates skin irritation caused by itching. Additionally, its erythematous effect accelerates local blood circulation, promotes metabolism, improves local nutrition, and facilitates absorption and regression of lichenified pathological tissue.
Cantharides Green Peel Wine — Formerly named “Cantharides Wine”
[Drug Composition] Cantharides 30 pieces, Green Peel 6g, White Spirit 250ml
[Function and Indication] Psoriasis.
[Usage and Dosage] Dip cotton swab in this wine, repeatedly apply to psoriatic lesion until local warmth, pain, and itching occur, followed by puncturing the white blisters, washing off dead skin with clean water. If difficult to remove, reapply medicine 2–3 times until peeling completes.
[Preparation Method] Place all ingredients in bottle, soak for 2–7 days.

Five Snake Wine
[Drug Composition] Qishen Snake 2.5kg, Golden Ring Snake 2.5kg, Silver Ring Snake 5kg, Black-banded Snake 10kg, Eyeball Snake 5kg, Wood Fangji 5kg, Nao Yang Hua 12.5kg, Seven Leaves Vine 5kg, Stone Nan Teng 2.5kg, Chicken Blood Vine 5kg, Rare Herba 5kg, Drilling Kidney Wind 5kg
[Function and Indication] Dispelling wind, relieving pruritus, dredging meridians, moisturizing skin. Used for Psoriasis.
[Usage and Dosage] Oral: 9–15g each time, 2–3 times daily, before or after meals; non-drinkers can dilute with lukewarm water. External application: 2–3 times daily; use small cotton soaked in snake wine, apply to most severe areas, cover with plastic film or paper, secure with bandage. After 3–5 nights, noticeable color change appears, no more flaking.
[Preparation Method] Clean, dry, and chop herbs, place in container with 250L of 75° pure grain alcohol, seal, and let steep for one year before use.

Psoriasis No.1 Wine
[Drug Composition] White Agaric 0.5kg, Soil Pomegranate Bark 0.5kg, Areca Nut 0.5kg, Raw Bubu 0.5kg, Sichuan Pepper 0.5kg, Large Maple Seed 0.25kg, Cantharides (remove wings, legs) 2 liang, Salicylic Acid, Benzoic Acid
[Function and Indication] Softening hardness, resolving nodules, killing parasites, relieving pruritus. Used for psoriasis, also effective for neurodermatitis and hand-foot fungus.
[Usage and Dosage] Apply externally.
[Preparation Method] Crush and pound White Agaric, soil pomegranate bark, areca nut, raw bubu, and Sichuan pepper separately, place in percolator (fine powder on top, coarse powder below). Mix crushed cantharides with large maple seed into paste, place at top layer, cover with special wooden perforated plate. Add white wine or 60%-75% ethanol above level by several cm, cover, soak for 5–7 days, percolate, collect total 15L of wine or ethanol. Finally, add 5% salicylic acid and 10% benzoic acid proportionally, stir until dissolved.
[Precautions] Avoid during acute phase.

[Drug Composition] White Atractylodes 150g, Soil Creeping Thistle 150g, Ginseng Slice 150g, White Spirit as needed
[Function and Indication] Drying dampness, killing parasites, relieving pruritus. Used for neurodermatitis and psoriasis.
[Usage and Dosage] Apply externally to affected area.
[Preparation Method] Powder all herbs coarsely, add sufficient white spirit, place in covered container, soak for 7–14 days, filter, press residue, combine filtrate and press juice, let stand 24 hours, filter again, add appropriate white spirit to make up to 1000ml.
