Fracture Treatment Wine
Jiegucao Wine
[Drug Composition] Jiegucao leaves 0.5kg
[Function & Indication] Reduces swelling, relieves pain, promotes peripheral vasodilation at injured site, improves local blood circulation, accelerates callus formation, aids fracture healing.
[Dosage & Administration] Wrap injured area with gauze, fix with splint or plaster. Then drip Jiegucao wine under splint to moisten gauze. Apply 2–3 times daily. Adults: 50ml each time; children: reduce dosage accordingly.
[Preparation Method] ① Simple method: Crush fresh Jiegucao leaves 0.5L, add small amount of ethanol, stir-fry slightly yellow, then simmer gently for 6–8 hours. Squeeze out juice, filter, dilute to 45% ethanol concentration (1:1 ratio) to make 500ml of medicinal wine. ② Pharmacy method: Wash and chop Jiegucao leaves, boil with water over herbs for 2 hours first, then 1.5 hours second. Combine both decoctions, filter, concentrate to desired volume, add 95% ethanol to reach 45% alcohol content. Final concentration 1:1 or 2:1. Let stand 24 hours, filter.

Wind Injury Wine
[Drug Composition] Four-piece Tile 50g, Bletilla 75g, Turmeric 75g, Gardenia 75g, Rubia Leaf 30g, Akebia 15g, Belamcanda 30g, Erythrina 30g, Phytolacca 15g, Coptis 75g, Bone-breaking Plant 75g, Snake Grass 50g, Starleaf 50g, Ranunculus 50g, Aster 150g, Camphor 7.5g, Hundred Gold 30g
[Dosage & Administration] External application, rub 3 times daily for one week.
[Preparation Method] Grind all herbs into fine powder, soak in 75% ethanol for about ten days, filter. Add ethanol to residue, soak five more days, filter again, combine two filtrates, store in bottle.

Snake Turtle Wine
[Drug Composition] Snake Turtle 1 piece, Glutinous rice (steamed) 5 catties (liters), Good wine 2 dou
[Function & Indication] Treats severe pain due to fractures or dislocations.
[Dosage & Administration] Warmly drink one medium bowl each time, 3–5 times daily.
[Preparation Method] Chop herbs finely, ferment rice, mix into wine jar, seal for seven days.

Seven-Leaf Red Flower Wine
[Drug Composition] Seven-star Grass 1000g, Under-the-leaf Flower 1000g, Little Black Ox 500g, Rock Taro 500g, Carthamus 200g, Caesalpinia 250g, Purple Heart Bark 250g, Stretching Grass 200g, Natural Copper 500g, Snow-on-a-Branch Herb 250g, Strychnos 500g, Cortex Moutan 250g, Rhubarb 250g, Gardenia 500g, Chaenomeles 500g, Dragon's Blood 100g, Eucommia 200g, Eucommia 250g, Camphor (added last) as needed, 75% ethanol 20L
[Function & Indication] Activates blood, relieves pain, connects tendons and bones, dispels wind and dampness. Indicated for trauma, fractures, dislocations, rheumatic joint pain.
[Dosage & Administration] Apply externally to affected area, 4–5 times daily. Highly toxic—strictly prohibit oral use.
[Preparation Method] Coarsely crush herbs, place in ceramic container, seal and soak in 20L 75% ethanol. Shake and stir once daily. Ready for use after 15 days. Add 2g camphor before use.

Fennel Clove Wine
[Drug Composition] Fennel 15g, Clove 15g, Camphor 15g, Carthamus 15g
[Function & Indication] Dispels cold, activates blood, resolves dampness. Treats post-fracture swelling.
[Dosage & Administration] Dip cotton ball in medicine juice, apply to injured area, irradiate with infrared lamp at 20–30cm distance, once daily, 20 minutes per session. One course lasts seven sessions.
[Preparation Method] Soak herbs in 300g white wine for one week, extract juice for use.
