Yanshou Fusi Wine (Physical Weakness)
[Formula] 45 grams of Rehmannia glutinosa (Sheng Di Huang), 15 grams each of Rubus idaeus (Fu Pen Zi), stir-fried Dioscorea opposita (Chao Shan Yao), stir-fried Euryale ferox (Chao Ling Shi), Poria cocos (Fu Shen), Platycladus orientalis seed (Bo Zi Ren), Cynomorium songaricum (Sha Yuan Zi), Cornus officinalis (Shan Yu Rou), Cistanche deserticola (Rou Cong Rong), Ophiopogon japonicus (Mai Men Dong), and Bovine tendons (Niu Jian), 25 grams of deer antler velvet (Lu Rong), 10 grams of longan flesh (Gui Yuan Rou), and 3000 milliliters of white wine.
[Preparation] Cut the first 13 ingredients into small pieces, place in a container, add white wine, seal tightly, steam-water bath for 7 hours, then bury in soil for 3 days, filter to remove residue, and the preparation is complete.
[Function] Nourish essence and marrow, strengthen health, prolong life.
[Indication] Physical weakness, intolerance to wind and cold, fatigue from overwork or excessive mental exertion leading to deficiency of both qi and blood; or hemiplegia, limb atrophy; or sperm deficiency with coldness, infertility; or recurrent miscarriages.
[Usage] Oral administration. Take 15–30 milliliters before bedtime each night.
