Snake and Insect Wine
[Drug Composition] One whole silver-blossom snake, 30 g Qishen snake, 30 g Chinese grass snake (choose one), 3 centipedes, 9 g whole scorpion, 12 g silkworm pupa, 9 g dung beetle, 30 g羌活, 30 g each raw and cooked rehmannia root, 30 g honeysuckle vine, 15 g wood fangyi, 12 g goji berries, 9 g angelica root, 9 g eucommia root, 6 g tangerine peel, 3 g licorice root, 4 jujubes, 2–2.5 L white wine
[Function & Indications] Suitable for rheumatoid arthritis of cold-damp type; also applicable for liver-kidney deficiency type and mixed cold-heat type.
[Dosage & Administration] Oral. Once to three times daily, 1–2 spoonfuls each time.
[Preparation Method] Soak the above mixture for half a month.
[Precautions] Avoid use during pregnancy.
