Fine Ginger, White Atractylodes, Scutellaria each 1 tael
[Function and Indications] Treats muscle exhaustion, spleen wind, heavy body, laziness, inability to lift limbs, joint pain, poor appetite, etc.
[Dosage and Administration] Start with three heaping tablespoons, gradually increase to suitable amount, stop when mild numbness occurs, twice daily.
[Preparation Method] Cut the twenty-three herbs into fragments, pack in a silk bag, soak in three dou of clear wine—soak seven days in autumn/winter, three days in spring/summer.
