Dog Bone Gel Wine [Drug Composition] Dog Bone Gel 100g, Mountain Dragon 150g, Southern Wine 330ml, White Wine (65% alcohol) as needed, total volume 1000ml
[Function and Indications] Dispelling cold, relieving pain, activating blood circulation, removing wind, strengthening tendons and bones. Used for rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic arthritis.
[Dosage and Administration] Oral administration. 20–30ml each time, three times daily.
[Preparation Method] Powder the Mountain Dragon into coarse particles, soak in white wine for 72 hours, then begin percolation, collect effluent about 600ml; separately dissolve dog bone gel in southern wine, combine with Mountain Dragon percolate, supplement with white wine to final volume, stir well, stand at room temperature, filter, package.
[Precautions] Avoid use in cases of acute congestion or inflammation. Use with caution in patients with pulmonary heart disease, tuberculosis, pregnancy, gastrectomy, or history of hemolysis.

[Appendix] Preparation of Dog Bone Gel ("Chinese Herbal Medicine Newsletter")
Formula: Raw Dog Bones 1000g, Rock Sugar 14g, Soybean Oil 3g, Southern Wine 2g
Preparation: Crush raw dog bones into 3–5 inch lengths, wash with water for two or three days, then boil multiple times in a pot until gelatinous material is fully extracted. Combine all decoctions, add a little alum, let settle, take supernatant, concentrate, then sequentially add rock sugar, soybean oil, southern wine, stir well, transfer to gelation chamber, solidify, cut into sheets or pills
