[Dosage and Administration] Warmly drink one or two small cups morning and evening; noticeable effects within several days.
[Preparation Method] Process herbs according to standard methods, grind into powder. Mix glutinous rice, jujube paste, sticky rice with ginger juice, yam juice, and 4 taels of refined honey into four blocks, wrap each in four silk bags, place in wine jar, soak for 21 days.
